This notice of terms of use and disclaimer regulates the use of the web platform www.logidias.com, which is a space of a personal, educational, recreational and scientific dissemination nature, managed without direct commercial profit, but which allows voluntary contributions for its maintenance.

The financial contributions that users decide to make voluntarily through the external platform **Ko-fi** are used entirely to cover the costs of hosting, database and technical maintenance of the web portal.

2. Users

Access and/or use of this portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, these General Conditions of Use. The user undertakes to make responsible use of the simulators, accounts and contents.

3. Use of the portal

www.logidias.com provides access to a multitude of information, interactive tools, simulators, services or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to the OWNER. The mathematical, physical and historical tools are for recreational and informative use.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The portal, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the design and interactive elements developed in-house. All rights reserved. Trademarks, logos, names of tops or sports insignia belonging to third parties are mentioned exclusively for educational, parody, informative or illustrative purposes within the scope of the right of non-profit amateur quotation and parody. External images of players and badges are uploaded from public sources under Fair Use doctrine to illustrate historical facts and sports statistics.

5. Exclusion of guarantees and liability

Simulators Disclaimer: The interactive tools and simulators (in the areas of physics, mathematics, chemistry, aviation and weapons) are approximate models of a didactic and illustrative nature and are offered free of charge "as is". They should not be used for professional calculations, actual engineering, safety or design decisions. The owner does not assume any responsibility for any error or omission in the simulators, nor for damages of any nature that may be caused by decisions made based on their results.

6. User Accounts and Synchronization

The user may choose to log in through third-party providers (such as Google). By doing so, you agree that your profile data (name, email and profile photo) will be processed by LOGIDIAS solely for the purposes of synchronizing and storing your game progress and marks obtained in the simulators, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to make any modifications he deems appropriate to his portal without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and simulators and the way in which they are presented.
