This notice of terms of use and disclaimer regulates the use of the web platform www.logidias.com, which is a space of a personal, educational, recreational and scientific dissemination nature, managed without direct commercial profit, but which allows voluntary contributions for its maintenance.

1. Identification data of the owner

In compliance with the general information duty contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following data of the portal owner is reflected below:

The financial contributions that users decide to make voluntarily through the external platform Ko-fi are used entirely to cover the costs of hosting, database and technical maintenance of the web portal.

2. Users

Access and/or use of this portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, these General Conditions of Use. The user undertakes to make responsible use of the simulators, accounts, blog, inquiry tools and contents.

3. Use of the portal and new features

www.logidias.com provides access to a multitude of information, interactive tools, simulators, services, scientific blog, research radar, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to the OWNER or its licensors. The mathematical, physical and historical tools are for recreational and informative use.

4. Intellectual Property, Science Blog, Trademarks & arXiv Radar

The portal, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the design elements, source code, original vector illustrations, articles published in the Science Blog, and interactive simulators developed in-house. All rights reserved.

arXiv Frontier Radar and Scientific Preprints: The arXiv radar and repository section aggregates and disseminates abstracts, metadata, and links to research papers hosted on the public open-access repository arXiv.org (operated by Cornell University). Full intellectual property rights for these preprints and papers belong exclusively to their respective authors and academic institutions. Their indexation and display on LOGIDIAS are conducted purely for non-commercial educational, informational, and scientific dissemination purposes under fair use and in accordance with arXiv's original open-access distribution licenses (Creative Commons and arXiv non-exclusive license to distribute), consistently providing direct links to original sources.

Trademark & Third-Party Entity Independence: All registered trademarks, trade names, logos, or references to third-party sports, scientific, technological, publishing, or entertainment entities are cited solely for non-profit educational, historical, hobby parody, or identification purposes within fair use and statutory quotation rights. LOGIDIAS is an independent non-commercial project without formal affiliation, endorsement, or contractual partnership with third-party corporations (including, but not limited to, Hasbro, Marvel/Disney, NBA, ESPN, or Science Photo Library). All team shields, badges, and avatars displayed are custom schematic vector illustrations designed strictly for infographics and historical learning.

Open-Source Software: Several interactive modules incorporate credited open-source libraries and engines (such as the Stockfish chess engine under GNU GPLv3, or MIT/BSD libraries like Lucide Icons, Chess.js, and Three.js), with source code and license references made accessible to users.

5. Exclusion of guarantees and liability

Simulators and Scientific Articles Disclaimer: Interactive simulations (covering physics, mathematics, chemistry, cell biology, ballistics, and aviation) are approximate educational models offered free of charge "as is". They must not be utilized for professional engineering, aerospace navigation, medical or health diagnostics, safety protocols, or industrial structural design. Similarly, science blog and arXiv radar articles represent general outreach. The owner assumes no liability for inadvertent inaccuracies or damages arising from reliance on simulator outputs or articles.

6. User Accounts and Cloud Synchronization

Users may optionally authenticate using third-party providers (such as Google). In doing so, you consent to LOGIDIAS processing profile attributes (name, email, profile photo, and UID) strictly for authentication, cloud progress synchronization (via Google Cloud Firebase / Firestore), XP Passport records, and global leaderboard rankings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Monthly Newsletter Service

LOGIDIAS offers an optional, free Monthly Digest (Newsletter). Subscribers receive a monthly email summary featuring newly published science blog articles, highlighted arXiv research discoveries, and suggestions to discover two interactive modules from the catalog. Subscription is voluntary, opt-in based, and can be cancelled at any time without fees or penalties.

8. Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify, add, or retire simulators, blog entries, radar tools, and portal layouts at any time without prior notice.
