Privacy Policy

The portal www.logidias.com It is a web space of a personal, recreational, educational and scientific dissemination nature. The following details how we manage the collection and processing of data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD of Spain.

1. Personal data collected and processing

This website allows access to most of its simulators without the need to register or provide personal data. However, to make use of the optional user account system, we process the following data:

  • Supplier Identification Data: By registering or logging in through third-party providers (such as Google Sign-In), the platform Google Firebase collects your display name, email address, profile photo, and a unique user identifier (UID).
  • Progress Data and Game History: We save and synchronize your marks, scores, times, personal bests, chess ELO and simulator streaks in a secure cloud database (Cloud Firestore).

2. Purpose and Legitimation of the Treatment

We process your personal data only for the following purposes:

  • Allow automatic synchronization of your game progress and personal bests between different devices.
  • Build and illustrate public leaderboards (Global Rankings) for each simulator on the portal.
  • Respond to queries or suggestions you send us through our support email.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is explicit user consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you voluntarily provide when you log in with your identity provider on the web.

3. Recipients of data and International Transfers

Your personal data will not be sold, rented or transferred to third parties under any commercial concept. However, to provide interactive web services we use trusted technological infrastructure providers:

  • Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): Authentication service and cloud database provider (Firestore). The transfer of data has appropriate guarantees, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to guarantee the confidentiality of the data.

4. User Rights (ARCO-POL Rights)

In accordance with current regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, opposition, data portability and not to be subject to automated individual decisions. You can exercise these rights at any time in the following ways:

  • Sending a request by email to: logidias@logidias.com indicating the right you wish to exercise.
  • By disconnecting your Google account or changing your profile name in the user panel.

5. Data retention

The profile data and its scores will be kept on the servers as long as the account is active on the platform and the user does not request its deletion.

6. No behavioral advertising cookies (No Google AdSense)

We reiterate that we have completely removed the Google AdSense advertising system and we do not create advertising profiles or track your habits outside of the LOGIDIAS platform.

7. Links to third parties

Some of our applications or simulators may contain links to third-party websites (such as scientific references or public sources of information). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such external websites.
